What is the task tool?

• The task management tool is the centerpiece of this template, combining a to-do list with a calendar. This database allows you to create tasks and check them off once completed. With the ability to prioritize your tasks—for example, marking them as "Active" or assigning a status like "Urgent❗️"—you can always stay organized. The database is designed to automatically sort your tasks by priority and status.

Today view

• The "Today" view displays only the tasks due for the current day. The "Completed" view, presented in a pie chart format, provides an overview of how many tasks you have completed and how many are still pending.

Calendar view

• Another essential view is the calendar view. It allows you to see all your tasks in a calendar format. Additionally, you can easily reschedule your tasks here.

Daily Review

• The Daily Review is similar to a daily journal, where you can plan your day. You do it once at the start of the day to get an overview of your tasks and projects, and once at the end of your workday to review your progress. This allows you to calmly reflect on what went well during the day and what areas need improvement.

Projects

• In the "Projects" database, you can create projects tailored to your specific subjects. Details on how this works in relation to your subjects are explained in the "Folder System" tutorial.
